Airport Pick Up Procedures
1. Boston Logan (BOS):
CHAUFFEURS ARE
NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE TERMINAL AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
CHAUFFEURS MUST WAIT BY THEIR VEHICLE AND WILL BE STABNDING OUTSIDE
AT THE DESIGNATED LIMOUSINE STAND AS DEFINED BELOW
*The Mass Port
Authority and The Massachusetts State Police vigilantly regulate terminal B and
C, and restrict chauffeur waiting time to 10 minutes at
high volume times. Clients are recommended to call when getting ready
to exit the terminal (508-378-7788). Vehicle will be dispatched from the
limousine pool. Vehicles are no longer permitted to wait curbside
more than 10 minutes under any circumstances.
TERMINAL A
Comair, Delta, Delta
Shuttle, Sun
Country Airlines
Exit terminal on the lower level through DOOR

between baggage claims 1 & 2. Cross over to the 2nd island to the
limousine stand.
TERMINAL B1:
USAir, Air Canada,
Spirit Airlines and USAir Shuttle, & Frontier Airlines Exit
terminal on lower level (baggage claim level) through DOOR

and cross crosswalk into parking garage to designated limousine area
TERMINAL B2:
American, American
Eagle, Virgin America, UNITED AIRLINES
Exit terminal on
lower level (baggage claim level) through DOOR

TERMINAL C:
Cape Air, Jet Blue
Domestic, Jet Blue International for Aruba, Bahamas and Bermuda From
the “baggage claim”, take the elevator or escalator to the
Departure Level at Terminal C. Walk out DOOR

and cross over to the 2nd island to the limousine stand.
TERMINAL E:
Southwest Airlines,
Air Tran Airlines, Porter Airlines, Air Canada (Halifax only), and All
International Arrivals,
Jet Blue from Punta Cana, Cancun, Dominican Republic and San Martin
only Exit the terminal on lower level (baggage claim level) at DOOR

at far end of terminal located by the taxi stand. Cross roadway to
Third Island and designated limousine parking area will be on your
left.

PRIVATE AVIATION (SIGNATURE):
Signature Aviation
arrives at the private terminal. Chauffeurs are not allowed on or
near the tarmac. Chauffeurs check in with the FBO 30 minutes before
scheduled arrival and are required to wait at the Prescott Street
gate at 240 Prescott St., East Boston. When flight arrives, a
courtesy vehicle provided by Signature Aviation brings clients to the
chauffeur at the Prescott Street gate.
2. Providence TF Green (PVD):

One Terminal for All Flights:
Clients will be met
inside at bottom of escalator at baggage claim. Chauffeurs park in
short term parking lot and walk inside to meet clients.
Client will be met
with whatever sign requested and escorted out to the short term
parking lot located very bear the terminal.
